Hey, hey Reader 👋,
This week’s episode was a needed reminder for me and maybe for you too. Life will always bring challenges but the direction those challenges take us? That part is in our hands.
This week, we’re talking about choosing the kind of hard that leads to freedom, healing, and God’s best for your life.

🎧Let’s get into our 3 Clicks for this week 👇
☀️Click 1: WAKE UP — Hardship Is Inevitable, but Misery Is Optional
Life will always include pain, either the pain of discipline or the pain of regret.
For years, I chose the “easy” hard ignoring my needs, saying yes to everything, pouring out until I collapsed. And it nearly took me out.
But choosing the harder path, boundaries, rest, movement, and alignment brought me back to life.
Reflection:
Where are you choosing the hard that is stealing your peace instead of building it?
👉 Challenge: Identify ONE “hard” you’ve been choosing unconsciously. Then ask:
Does this lead to burnout or to purpose?
🙏 Click 2: PRAY UP — You Don’t Have to Carry This Alone
Hard seasons feel heavier when you try to hold them yourself.
But God never asked you to. He asked you to lean in, surrender, and let Him lead.
My 10-5-5 Formula has anchored me in this season:
✨ 10 gratitudes
✨ 5 things to release
✨ 5 prayer requests
It takes five minutes and it shifts everything.
Reflection:
Where are you carrying something God is asking you to place at His feet?
Challenge: Do the 10-5-5 Formula every morning this week.
💪Click 3: BOSS UP — Choose the Hard That Leads to God’s Best
You can drift through life reacting to everything or you can choose the hard that builds the life God designed for you.
Movement is hard.
Discipline is hard.
Letting go is hard.
But living disconnected from who God created you to be?
That’s harder.
Reflection:
What is one area of your life you know God is nudging you to take ownership of?
Challenge: Pick ONE intentional action; movement, prayer, boundaries, nutrition, routines and commit to it for the next 7 days.
Sis, I’m so proud of you for showing up, Reader. I know life can feel heavy between responsibilities, emotions, and seasons that stretch us in ways we don’t always expect. But hear me: you are not powerless. You are not stuck.
